This indenture sells lot no. six in the town of Millheim, Haines Township, Centre County, Pa., to Joseph Adams on 26 March 1836 for $47. It was recorded in deed book N, p. 94 and 95. On the verso, an endorsement records the sale of the lot by Joseph Adams and his wife Margaret to John Dauberman of Centre Co., Pa., for $50 on 21 December 1836.
